Hello beautiful ladies of hive. 馃グ . I prefer healthy foods with my following reasons.Junk foods are varieties of baked and fried snacks made with different ingredients eg.flour ,wheat, butter, salt, sugar,milk, salt flavor to add. Those junk foods are biscuits, meatpies ,cakes, daughnuts, pizza etc. I consume some of them on a daily basis. Including soft drinks which contains much sugar. Which are harmful to my health.
