Chocochips Goodtime

Chocochips good time is one of the expensive snack cookies that I used to crave during my childhood. These cookies have a very good taste and are neatly packaged in plastic very much sold in supermarkets or mini markets. This cookie was my target as a child, but the limited funds at the time made me unable to buy it whenever I wanted.

This recipe is now a must-have menu at every family gathering, if I don't have time to make it, I usually order it from a cake maker close to my house. However, today I have a lot of free time, so I have to make it myself because I really want it.

Ingredients

110 grams flour 1 egg 100 grams margarine 2 tablespoons chocolate chips 90 grams powdered sugar 20 grams cornstarch 2 tablespoons chocolate paste

Making Procedure

Crack the egg, take only the yolk, then add powdered sugar and butter and stir.

After stirring until evenly distributed add milk powder and cocoa powder.

Then add cornstarch and add chocolate paste.

Then add the flour little by little while stirring until it is maximally kneaded.

Then take a spoonful of dough measure according to the desired uniformity.

Round then press the shape with a fork, then add chocochips on top.

When finished, oven at 150 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat for approximately 1 hour, depending on each oven.

My goodtime ala-ala chocochip cookies are ready to be enjoyed. I aerate them first after leaving the oven then store them in an airtight jar container. This cookie can last usually up to a month, but usually I only last 1 meal if enjoyed together with a large family.

Very delicious and also has a delicious flavor, crispy sweet chocolate aroma. And most importantly use the best chocolate for better results. The taste is very similar to the goodtime that I buy out there, it's really an amazing recipe. I highly recommend this recipe as I have been using it for generations.
