-The sunset of the second night our adventure
Last summer a friend of mine and I went out on a week long adventure to hike in some mountains in southern British Columbia. During our trip we summited every peak near our campsites and swam in some frigid alpine lakes while trying to see how far we could make it each day.
We were fortunate to have amazing weather and views for the whole week and the only rain we experienced was on the last night of our trip. The night we decided not to put the fly on the tent of course. Regardless of getting our sleeping bags a little bit wet it was worth it to see the stars through the top of the tent that night before bed.
