I have prepared this vegetable curry in such a way that everyone, young and old, can eat it. This curry tastes very milky.These vegetables contain more water. So it is very good for dry skin people. Also, there are many fibers in this ridge groud. So you know how good fiber vegetables are for our body.
This recipe that I present to you today can be taken for any meal, morning, noon or night. It can also be eaten with rice and bread. Adding such vegetables to our diet regularly is very good for our health.

We need these ingredients

  • Ridge group 500g
  • Thick coconut milk 200ml
  • curry leaves
  • pandan leaves
  • Large onion
  • Green chilies 04
  • unroasted curry powder 01 tsp
  • chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt powder 1 tsp
  • fenugreek powder 1/ 2 tsp

Method of preparation

  • 1 step
Remove the peel of ridge groud and cut in to the pieces like this .

  • 2 step
Put them separate clay pot and add to that curry leaves , pandan leaves ,onions , green chilies

  • 3 step
Oky. Add all the spices mentioned in the ingredients and salt powder.

  • 4 step
Everything is fine now. Now add 50ml of water or thin coconut milk to boil this ridge groud .

  • 5 step
Now close a lid and cook in low flame. It does not take much time to boil this type of vegetable. Cook for about 10 minutes. It is enough.

  • 6 step
After boild this ridge groud add for that thick coconut milk . And mix well.Cook for about 5 minutes without the lid.
