As usual I wake up from sleep and then proceed with light stretching to relax my body because stretching right after waking up is to minimize injury.
Today, mostly I ate meat, I rarely ate carbohydrates, whether chicken or fish ivory.
Because today is a working holiday as well as the weekend and the end of the month I cycle in the morning taking the usual route, yes, 7 km and it takes about 30 minutes. Today I have more activities to walk here and there so there are more activity steps unlike usual days.
Then when I got home, I continued with rest, around 10 pm I went to sleep.
