Yesterday was such a lovely day, it really was a treat. My first proper Hive meetup (I did a writeup in my previous Actifit post) in the wonderful town of Bedford. It has got me thinking about running one of my own and the destination I’ve decided will be Oxford which is not far from where I live, there’s great places to eat there, I’ve got one in mind already and much like yesterday is another Mediterranean restaurant but a little bit different, being more Lebanese. Then after that we could do museums, walk around, do a photo walk and see what people spot. It’s well connected and I’m sure many of us could get there by train from London or my nearest town of Reading. If you’re driving there, the park and ride is fantastic. If the weather is nice, the river Cherwell is great for boat trips and the botanical gardens are beautiful.
When? Don’t know at the moment because many of us have ideas for meet-ups, so will be worth chucking them in to a hypothetical hat and we can schedule them out across the year?
