Es primera vez que publico en esta comunidad, desde mi entrada a ecency. 

>>En esta publicación  les traigo una receta de pimientos rellenos para degustarlos en familia, aunque al realizarla la hice pensando en mi nuera. 

Ella está embarazada, y me alegra la noticia de ser abuela por primera vez.  Imagínense como me he sentido. La llegada de un niño a casa, siempre es una bendición.

>>Saben que en esa etapa algunas mujeres hacen rechazo a los alimentos, y otras lo devuelven con facilidad. Lo cierto es que necesitan una dieta balanceada, donde incorporen nutrientes para la formación del feto, y no hay nada más recomendable que el consumo de verduras, hortalizas y proteínas.

Ella de por sí, es una muchacha inapetente por lo que me dispuse a preparar unos pimientos🫑 rellenos con picadillo, papa 🥔 y arroz, que además de ser un plato nutritivo y saludable, abre el apetito. 

>>Los pimientos 🫑son ricos en vitamina A y C. El comer un solo pimiento equivale, a la vitamina C que pueden aportar tres naranjas.🍊 Entre sus tantos beneficios podemos destacar, que contribuyen a la absorción del hierro, además de ser un magnífico antioxidante y resfozar el sistema inmunológico.

**Pimientos rellenos con picadillo, papa y arroz**

**Ingredientes**

>>10 Pimientos🫑 medianos
¼ Taza de arroz
1 Libra de picadillo  
5 Dientes de ajo 🧄🧄
1 Cebolla blanca picada o morada.🧅
2 Ají cachucha
1 Tomate 🍅
¼ Taza de puré de tomate
3 Papas (Patatas) 🥔
1 cucharadita de sal (Al gusto)
1 cucharadita de comino 
1 cucharadita de orégano (Opcional)
50 ml de aceite
150 ml de vino seco o vinagre, según sea el gusto (Aunque algunos prefieren 2 cucharadas de vino seco y una de vinagre)
5 granos de pimienta (opcional)
1 Litro de caldo base.

**Modo de Preparación**

**Picadillo**

Antes de comenzar a cocinar debemos asear bien las manos con jabón y agua abundante.

Lavamos bien los vegetales y dejamos escurrir. Pelamos las papas🥔 con un corte en dados.

Ponemos aceite al sartén para freírlas a fuego alto.

Cuando estén fritas, reservamos. 

>>Otra opción es usar la freidora de aire a 12 minutos con 400 grados de temperatura, luego de este tiempo las revuelven y le dan cinco minutos más.

Otros prefieren las papas 🥔hervidas.
 
>>Picamos el ajo 🧄, la cebolla 🧅, el tomate🍎el ají cachucha y un pimiento.

En el sartén sofreímos todo  durante tres minutos.

Cuando esté al punto, incorporamos el picadillo, y salteamos, para luego incorporar: sal, comino molido, orégano, pimienta, pure de tomate, las papas🥔 y el vino seco. Continuamos cocinando durante treinta y cinco minutos a fuego lento, para luego reservarlo.

**Pimiento relleno**

Cortamos un extremo de los pimientos🫑 y eliminamos las semillas.

>>Luego para retirarles la cascara
los asamos en el fogón o en la freidora de aire, aunque muchos prefieren remojarlos por una hora en agua caliente con tres cucharadas de sal y cinco de azúcar. 

 >>Después escurrimos, secamos, y retiramos la cáscara.

 Preparamos una salsa con el caldo base y el resto de los ingredientes, al gusto.

Lavamos el arroz.

Rellenamos los pimientos🫑 con cuidado, y arriba ponemos una capa de arroz crudo, también podemos poner queso mayonesa, o aceituna.

>>Luego  colocamos los pimientos 🫑 en la olla de la salsa con mucho cuidado, y cocinamos durante media hora.

>>Después de la cocción dejamos refrescar y lo podemos servir en su propia salsa o acompañado de vegetales.

Yo le serví a mi nuera los pimientos🫑🫑🫑 acompañados de una ensalada de pepinos.🥒🥒🥒

**Pepper stuffed with minced, potato and rice.**

**Ingredients**

>>10 medium peppers
¼ cup of rice
1 pound of mince
5 garlic cloves
1 chopped or purple white onion.
2 chucha chili
1 tomato
¼ cup of tomato puree
3 potatoes (potatoes)
1 teaspoon of salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of oregano (optional)
50 ml of oil
150 ml of dry wine or vinegar, depending on the taste (although some prefer 2 tablespoons of dry wine and one of vinegar)
5 pepper grains (optional)
1 liter of base broth.

**Preparation mode:**

**Hash**

Before starting to cook, we must clean the hands with soap and abundant water.
