It's time to get back home. I so needed this. It's been 4 months, though they have passed off very quickly but I have been terribly missing home and feeling home sick. The weather is also playing up on my mind, summer has set in, it's become extremely hot and outdoor activities are very few. Cannot do day outings, so all the more it's getting on me. Moreover there is so much work piled-up back home in India which also keeps playing on my mind.

Weather it is long holidays or short getaways, I have to travel. I enjoy travelling all ways, which with family, friends or solo. There are some places which I will like to travel only with friends and then there are some places which I will like to be only with my family and then a few which I will like to explore all by myself. So, there is no particular preference.

Over the weekend with my friends this topic came up. My son is already a grown up man now but my friends children are still small and going to school. They were discussing about the recent study trends and then we were discussing about how the whole education system was some 30 to 40 years back. Well, I am not exactly comparing anything from then to now in terms of good or bad. There is a huge difference, some ways are good and some are not on both the sides.

Me and hubby whenever we save up on some money, we look at options to invest our additional savings. After evaluating all options at the end of the day we end up on Crypto most of the times. We do have our systematic monthly savings, which is spread out in different investments forms and which is not majorly on cryptos but whenever we have some additional cash we invest in Cryptos. Crypto investments is not a part of our monthly savings plan, we do it whenever we have gathered some lump sum amount.

Cappadocia looks like a Martian land, it's an attractive old town with cobbled streets and wonderful panoramic views. The other famous thing to see here is the underground cities of this region. There are quite a few and some of them are very famous like the Derinkuyu one, which sees a good amount of tourist. Normally these underground cities are excavated till a depth of 85 meters but for visitors it is only allowed to a certain level.

Well, it's not my birthday but this is my thought around the birthday celebrations. For some of us our birthdays are a day of big importance and we celebrate it in grand ways, but there are so many people out there who do not even know what is their birth date. It just makes me wonder how for some people it has no significance at all. Especially people living in rural areas, some of them do not even know what their age is. 50 -70 years back birth registration processes were not very organized in the interior areas of my country and when children were born, parents did not keep any note of the day or year.
