Antes que nada, quiero dar un gran saludo y un fuerte abrazo a ésta comunidad, tengo bastante tiempo sin postear aquí, pero no me olvido de lo importante que fue para mí durante mucho tiempo para el contenido gaming y tecnológico que antes generaba con más frecuencia. Ahora mismo toca realizar un unboxing de un producto bastante interesante y útil en crisis energéticas tal y como la que vivimos en Venezuela desde hace varios años.
Es así que, tomando en cuenta los problemas que se generan para trabajar y para el entretenimiento cuando llegan los cortes eléctricos, decidí comprar una UPS que me sirviera al menos para mantener el modem de internet y el router encendidos durante algunas horas, de manera tal que no se pierda la conexión a internet. Luego de indagar entre varios tipos de UPS, me decanté por el BegProd ECO P18 de 12000mAh, y bueno, también ayudó a tomar la decisión una oferta que conseguí en una tienda online. So, taking into account the problems that are generated for work and entertainment when power outages occur, I decided to buy a UPS that would serve me at least to keep the internet modem and router on for a few hours, so as not to lose the internet connection. Dentro de la caja vienen el UPS, 3 cables, un adaptador y el manual de usuario. Debo mencionar que los cables tienen terminales iguales ya que la intención es que conectes un terminal en el UPS y el otro directamente en el dispositivo que prefieras, siendo que dicho dispositivo ya no estaría conectado a la toma de corriente habitual de nuestras casas. El UPS tiene 3 puertos de salida, 5V, 9V y 12V, lo cual hace que haya versatilidad en los tipos de dispositivos que desees conectar.
Inside the box come the UPS, 3 cables, an adapter and the user manual. I should mention that the cables have equal terminals since the intention is that you connect one terminal in the UPS and the other directly to the device you prefer, being that the device would no longer be connected to the usual outlet of our homes. The UPS has 3 output ports, 5V, 9V and 12V, which makes for versatility in the types of devices you want to connect.
En la parte frontal del UPS encontramos el botón de encendido, un puerto USB para cargar teléfonos o dispositivos similares y los marcadores de carga del UPS los cuales muestran 25%, 50%, 75% y 100%, me parece genial que se muestra ésta información de manera tan específica ya que sirve de guía para saber con qué cantidad de carga disponemos.
On the front of the UPS we find the power button, a USB port for charging phones or similar devices and the UPS charge markers which show 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, I think it's great that this information is displayed so specifically as it serves as a guide to know how much charge we have.
Tengo entendido que al ser de 12000 mAh, me brinda una autonomía de al menos 5 horas, aunque eso va a depender de la cantidad de dispositivos que estén conectados, sin embargo, cerca de ese rango me parece más que suficiente considerando que pagué 30$ por éste UPS el cual lo compré pensando únicamente en el modem de internet y el router. I understand that being 12000 mAh, it gives me an autonomy of at least 5 hours, although that will depend on the number of devices that are connected, however, close to that range seems to me more than enough considering that I paid $30 for this UPS which I bought thinking only in the internet modem and router.
