Holaaa queridos amigos, un placer estar nuevamente por acá, llegaron los días más hermosos del mes, espero que todos estén bien compartiendo con sus familiares y llenos de regalos.

Quiero compartir con ustedes una de mis actividades favoritas del mes, hacer las hallacas en familia de verdad que eso es lo mejor, que comida tan deliciosa y más si se preparan con la familia unida cada uno colaborando, en mi hogar nos repartimos las tareas como es de costumbre, de la siguiente manera, mi abuela y mi mamá las extienden la masa en la hoja.

Claro que antes de eso se tienen que lavar muy bien las hojas, eso lo hacemos entre todos, después se recortan cuadraditas y se desenreda el hilo pabilo. Mi mamá también es la que amasa o sino lo hace mi hermana, para terminar extendiendo la bolita de masa en la hoja y echarle todas esas cosas ricas como pasas, aceitunas entre otras.

Luego se dobla todo eso y se amarra, los amarradores son mi papá y tíos, y lo hacen muy bien, en fin pasamos una tarde genial haciendo hallacas, nos salieron en total 62 hallacas y el resultado final estaba riquísimoo. Esto es todo por hoy, feliz navidad amigos 🎄.
