Pleasure-giving experiences: themed picnic with friends [ESP/ENG]

A veces la vida te sorprende dándote la dicha de tener buenos amigos con los que compartir momentos increíbles, ideas, anécdotas, y con los que puedes contar en general para pasar los mejores y peores momentos de tu vida. Muchas veces, estos amigos pueden no compartir tus gustos en muchos ámbitos, pero aún así, se entienden y se quieren. Qué maravilloso es tener amistades así, y poder compartir con ellos tus intereses y pasiones. Esta sensación es algo que estoy experimentando actualmente con un gran grupo de amigos que conocí hace no mucho, que comparten mi amor por la música de One Direction y en especial por uno de sus ex integrantes, Harry Styles.

Hace poco hicimos un picnic para celebrar el cumpleaños de esta cantante y me gustaría contaros un poco cómo fue la experiencia:

¿Cómo empezó todo?

Déjame contarte, conocí a estos amigos en un evento del fandom de One Direction que se realizó en mi ciudad. Tuvimos la suerte de llevarnos bien casi inmediatamente después de conocernos, así que desde entonces, hemos quedado un par de veces y siempre nos mantenemos en contacto a través de un grupo de chat. Todos compartimos un aprecio por el ex miembro de la banda, Harry Styles, y aprovechando su cumpleaños, decidimos hacer algo especial para celebrar ese día. El cumpleaños de Harry es el 1 de febrero, y desde la primera semana de enero, surgió la idea de hacer algo para celebrarlo. Después de mucho discutir ideas, decidimos hacer un picnic, pero para el día después de la celebración original, el 2 de febrero. Nos pusimos de acuerdo en cómo se organizaría todo para llevar a cabo la actividad y pasar un buen rato, así que imprimimos invitaciones, fotos del cumpleañero, encargamos un pastel, compramos bocadillos, planeamos quién llevaría sábanas y nos ocupamos de cada pequeño detalle.

¿Cómo estuvo el día del picnic?

Después de planificar y organizar todo para el picnic, no fue difícil llegar al parque ese día y comenzar la celebración. Algunos llegamos un poco antes para preparar todo y esperar a que llegaran los demás. Colocamos las sábanas, nos encargamos de la repostería y llevamos el pastel, cortamos las láminas, las organizamos y preparamos un par de actividades para realizar.

Una vez que todos llegaron, comenzamos a repartir las invitaciones y las fotos conmemorativas que habíamos hecho. Después de esto, la primera actividad fue colorear dibujos relacionados con los álbumes de Harry Styles mientras charlábamos entre nosotros. Esta segunda actividad duró bastante tiempo ya que todos se esforzaron en colorear bien sus dibujos y al final, nos tomamos un par de fotos con los resultados.

También hicimos una actividad en la que colocamos nuestras fotos favoritas de Harry Styles en el pastel con la ayuda de palillos altos, mientras grabábamos para las redes sociales y hacíamos comentarios divertidos sobre las imágenes y por qué eran nuestras favoritas. Cuando terminamos, nos tomamos un par de fotos antes de cantar "Feliz Cumpleaños" y compartir las rebanadas de pastel.

A lo largo del día también hicimos dinámicas y juegos divertidos y comimos muchas delicias que cada persona había traído para compartir. En general, fue un día muy agradable donde todos participaron en actividades divertidas y compartieron un día increíble entre ellos.

¿Por qué no fue solo el cumpleaños de un cantante?

Si bien el motivo principal del picnic fue el cumpleaños de Harry Styles, la idea no hubiera surgido si antes no hubiéramos creado un vínculo entre todos, que fue lo más importante de ese día. Además, nuestra buena relación ayudó a que todos disfrutáramos del día y lo pasáramos bien, compartiendo no solo nuestros intereses comunes sino también un día lleno de anécdotas, risas y muchos momentos bonitos. Sin duda fue una experiencia enriquecedora.

Sometimes life surprises you by giving you the joy of having good friends with whom to share incredible moments, ideas, anecdotes, and with whom you can count on in general to spend the best and worst times of your life. Many times, these friends may not share your tastes in many areas, but even so, they understand and care for each other. How wonderful it is to have friendships like this, and to be able to share your interests and passions with them. This feeling is something I'm currently experiencing with a great group of friends I met not long ago, who share my love for the music of One Direction and especially for one of its former members, Harry Styles.

Not long ago, we had a picnic to celebrate this singer's birthday, and I'd like to tell you a bit about the experience:

How did it all start?

Let me tell you, I met these friends at a One Direction fandom event held in my city. We were fortunate to get along almost immediately upon meeting, so since then, we've hung out a couple of times and always stay in touch through a chat group. We all share an appreciation for the former member of the band, Harry Styles, and taking advantage of his birthday, we decided to do something special to celebrate that day. Harry's birthday is on February 1st, and from the first week of January, the idea of doing something to celebrate emerged. After much discussion of ideas, we decided to have a picnic, but for the day after the original celebration, on February 2nd. We agreed on how everything would be organized to carry out the activity and have a good time, so we printed invitations, photos of the birthday boy, ordered a cake, bought snacks, planned who would bring sheets, and took care of every little detail.

How was the day of the picnic?

After planning and organizing everything for the picnic, it wasn't difficult to arrive at the park that day and start the celebration. Some of us arrived a little earlier to set everything up and wait for the others to arrive. We laid out the sheets, took care of the pastry and brought the cake, cut out the prints, organized them, and prepared a couple of activities to do.

Once everyone arrived, we started by handing out the invitations and commemorative photos we had made. After this, the first activity was coloring drawings related to Harry Styles' albums while we chatted amongst ourselves. This second activity lasted quite a while as everyone put effort into coloring their drawing well, and at the end, we took a couple of photos with the results.

We also had an activity where we placed our favorite photos of Harry Styles on the cake with the help of tall toothpicks, while recording for social media and making funny comments about the images and why they were our favorites. When we finished that, we took a couple of photos before singing "Happy Birthday" and sharing the slices of cake.

Throughout the day, we also did fun dynamics and games and ate a lot of treats that each person had brought to share. Overall, it was a very pleasant day where everyone participated in fun activities and shared an incredible day with each other.

Why was it not just the birthday of a singer?

While the main reason for the picnic was Harry Styles' birthday, the idea wouldn't have emerged if we hadn't previously created a bond among all of us, which was the most important part of that day. Additionally, our good rapport helped everyone enjoy the day and have a good time, sharing not just our common interests but also a day full of anecdotes, laughter, and many beautiful moments. It was undoubtedly an enriching experience.
