The 20th Hive Borehole in Ghana is coming up soon to be dedicated, with its inauguration set for Wednesday, 19th March 2025, at 2:00 PM. We’re delighted to make this announcement. This event not only indicates another step along the path of secure and affordable drinking water for all people of the earth, but also gives us a chance to share our joy with everyone who has joined us on our journey.
Everything is on track. A series of productive discussions have taken place with local leaders who are helping draw up detailed plans for what is expected to happen all day. It has been an unforgettable experience to see how many of the chiefs and elders have agreed to join us. We are deeply grateful, and look forward together with them to creating new opportunities for people to live better lives.
It’s impossible to imagine that any great event, whether something as essential as water, or whatever else, could help but be an historic day of bringing communities together and committing ourselves to the future. Special thanks must go to all the splendid men who, with their helpful labour, have turned this dream into reality. When we first began drilling, through every step till finishing up things last year—their continuous service and dedication assured that this borehole could stand as a symbol of hope for everyone in the locality who drank its water.
We are looking forward to media coverage, which will help spread the word, and tell people what can be achieved when technology meets compassion. The impact of Hive in Ghana keeps growing, and each one more project like this is examples of what power lies behind block chain initiatives.
