Un nuevo reto se me presenta en mi estilo de vida de runners, se vienen las eliminatorias de los juegos nacionales de la empresa donde trabajo, y por ya tener experiencia como runners, este año me han postulado para participar en estos juegos. Y si que se nos abren puertas cuando tomamos esto de manera mas seria. Si que me emociona este nuevo reto, pero también me crea un poco de nerviosismo, ansiedad, expectativas, ya que es algo mas profesional, pero se que sera una gran experiencia como runner.

I'm really excited about this new challenge, but it also creates a bit of nervousness, anxiety, expectations, because it is something more professional, but I know it will be a great experience as a runner.
Hoy nos toco velocidades, me fui con mi esposo al lugar donde generalmente entrenamos cuando nos toca velocidades, el stadium que esta bien cerca de casa, un lugar bien ameno para entrenar, alli se reunen diferentes tipos de disciplinas y clubs a entrenar, principalmente entrenan varias escuelas de beisbol, un deporte muy popular en mi zona. El clima estaba bien fuerte el sol bien radiante sus rayos estaban super potentes.
Today I went with my husband to the place where we usually train when we have speed, the stadium that is very close to home, a very nice place to train, there are different types of disciplines and clubs to train, mainly several baseball schools train there, a very popular sport in my area. En el stadium estaban dos compañeros de trabajo, runners de muy buena reputación y experiencia que también estarán participando en estas eliminatorias, los tres vamos a representar nuestra area oriente este en la disciplina de atletismo. Ellos ya han participado en este tipo de eventos, para mi seria en nombre de Dios mi primera participación.

El dia de hoy inicie mi entrenamiento con un calentamiento de aproximadamente 2 km, a ritmo comodo, luego realice 5 series de 400 mts, a un ritmo mas fuerte, y culmine con un trote de relajacion al culminar las series, y complete 5,2 Km. me senti bien, a pesar de estar tan elevadas las temperaturas, ya me siento mas resistente a este tipo de ambiente.
Today I started my training with a warm up of about 2 km, at a comfortable pace, then I did 5 series of 400 mts, at a stronger pace, and finished with a jog of relaxation at the end of the series, and completed 5.2 km. I felt good, despite being so high temperatures, and I feel more resistant to this type of environment.
