Asi mismo planificarnos con diferentes tipos de rutinas en la semana, nos ayuda a disfrutar mas de las actividades fisicas, ya que las rutinas algunas veces no nos dejan avanzar, lo que nos causa desanimos cuando no vemos los resultados.

Today I changed only the kilometres covered in my Saturday long run training, because in the name of God on Sunday we will be supporting a health activity, with a 10K race, where we will participate the runners of the area supporting through sports activities, a healthy lifestyle, A good way to support sport in our town, and if we don't do it, it really wouldn't make sense to practice sports if we don't take it to another level, not to stay in individualism but to go further, and promote this type of activity, where sometimes people are very apathetic because they don't see a large number of people participating.
