how could we live without the help of nature and with the help of green vegetables all around? There is no way as human being we can equally survive without consuming green vegetables in our food or as eating raw as appetizer before food. I always do this once in a while I mean eating green vegetables raw as it is. Take for example eating African spinach in a little quantity before taking my main meal. Also eating scent leaf few hours before consuming my main meal is also what I do most times. It is a very good thing to cultivate the Habit to eat green vegetables naturally and also in food for those who can consume it regularly.
It does a lot of good than bad to human body. You can get used to this within few days or weeks. More so you can plant it in your yard and it will survive. All what you need is a very good scent leaf stand or seeds. What I do most times is that I fetch some seed from its natural source then keep it safe at room temperature.
It has always been a very good help. whenever I want to plant it I just spread it on the side and it will germinate within two to three weeks. this are those ones that are just germinating and they are 4 weeks to 6 weeks old. Although I have some already grown up as a tree. I went there and I took some pictures
Nowadays they sent Leaf speedily go up to its maturity stage with the showcase off very attractive seeds. With this seed it will grow up to reduce more of his natural growth. This is what I mean when it starts to show up it seed it will grow up less.
The leaves are very good source of natural Herbal medicinal most especially when it is use as spices on food as well as when it is being consume raw. In some cases we have some saint leaf that is a pepperish. This is how you know. When you consume it it will start a little bit of slightly pepperish in your mouth. It is very medicinal. And when you want to cut that this particular scent Leaf you plant the seed as usual. you can make the seed very dry so that it will start growing up immediately it reaches the soil.
These are some of the grown up since leave that already turn a very huge tree. The started from a very little plant and now a full grown up tree. It is not too good when you have it much and your farm or in your garden because it will start to form a very bigger tree and it will reduce your space of planting within a short period of time. And if care is not taken you will be short of agricultural soil.
