I hope you are all doing very well. On this occasion, I want to share a new illustration with you that I created today. As many of you already know, the situation in Venezuela is quite tense and, honestly, I have been dealing with some anxiety. Taking advantage of my time at home, I decided to spend it drawing. Amidst so much stress, drawing has always been my refuge from any kind of trouble.
For this occasion, I chose Arachlet as the main character, a striking spider that I had been wanting to illustrate for a while. I really like it because I think it’s the only character in @holozing that gives off a villainous vibe, which gives it a distinct and special touch within the whole Holoverse. In this fan art, I opted to keep the character’s original design, using a cel-shading style of colouring with soft touches. For the background, I decided to keep it as simple as possible, so that the focus remains on the main character.

Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva ilustración que realice el día de hoy. Como muchos ya saben, la situación en Venezuela está bastante tensa y, sinceramente, me la he pasado con algo de ansiedad. Aprovechando mi tiempo en casa, decidí aprovechar el tiempo para ponerme a dibujar. En medio de tanto estrés, el dibujo siempre ha sido mi refugio ante cualquier tipo de problemas.
Para esta ocasión elegí como protagonista a Arachlet, una llamativa araña que tenía tiempo queriendo ilustrar. Me gusta mucho porque, creo que es el único personaje de @holozing que transmite una vibra de villano, lo que le da un toque distinto y especial en todo el holoverso. En este fanart opté por mantener el diseño original del personaje, usando un coloreado estilo cel shading con toques suaves. Para el fondo opté por mantenerlo lo más sencillo posible, de manera que la atención se centre en el personaje principal.

To finish off, I added the final details to the illustration. I made a copy of the character and enlarged it to integrate it as part of the background. I also chose to draw a spiderweb in the corners and, finally, I added highlights to the character, finishing with some colour corrections that helped achieve a better final result.
Para finalizar añadí los detalles finales a la ilustración. Realicé una copia del personaje y la amplié para integrarla como parte del fondo. También opte por realizar una tela de araña en las esquinas y para finalizar agregue los brillos al personaje, culminando con algunas correcciones de color que ayudaron a dar un mejor acabado final.
