Saludos a todos los emprendedores,
Estoy de nuevo retomando mis escritos luego de varios meses de ausencia dentro de la plataforma y lo hago en la comunidad
@beentrepreneur con una reflexión, que este año me llevo a mirar mi emprendimiento con otra perspectiva.
De eso se trata Aprender a Emprender, a caminar y que en ese transitar podamos detenernos y observar lo que está pasando, aplicar la “Técnica de la tortuga” me detengo evalúo y sigo paso a paso.
Cuando estamos en la parte baja de esa montaña rusa llamada emprendimiento y surgen las dudas, podemos detenernos a preguntarnos sinceramente, ¿Yo Soy un Emprendedor? ¿Tengo las cualidades que tiene una persona emprendedora? ¿Realmente, me alineo con esas cualidades?
Es allí cuando a partir de esas reflexiones podemos darnos cuenta del compromiso que se requiere, la pasión es el motor y el compromiso, es quien lo mantiene vivo.
Por eso hice mi autoevaluación para saber que tan emprendedora soy.
1.- Tomo Iniciativa
2.- Trabajo con otros
3.- Mi esfuerzo es mayor a lo de otros
4.- Planifico o soy planificada
5.- Gestiono oportunamente
6.- Visualizo oportunidades
7.- Me desafío a mí misma constantemente
8.- Aprendo de las experiencias sean buenos o no
9.- Sigo adelante aun en las dificultades
10.- Manejo la incertidumbre y el riesgo
11.- No renuncio fácilmente, soy creativa
12.- Tengo liderazgo personal
13.- Deseo alcanzar mis logros con todo mi corazón
14.- No dejo que el desaliento me invada
15.- Valoro a las o oportunidades más que lo seguro
Te invito a que te lo preguntes y si tienes la mayoría al igual que yo! Estamos por buen camino.
Es importante parar en un momento y ver ¿dónde estamos? y si lo que estamos haciendo es lo que realmente queremos, si vale poner la energía en esto que hago… porque puede ser una moda, tendencia, una oportunidad y no un emprendimiento que tenga un propósito alineado a mi propósito personal.
Y como emprendedores tenemos que identificar esos miedos que en algún momento pueden aparecer en cualquier momento de la vida del emprendimiento, al iniciar o en el transcurso del tiempo o circunstancias.
Es válido sentir miedo a la incertidumbre, en economías inestables es uno de los miedos más comunes.
Miedo al fracaso, ¿lo lograre? O ¿estoy cometiendo una locura? Las estadísticas dicen que los emprendimientos no pasan de 3 años.
A cometer errores, pero que a esos, los podemos convertir en experiencias.
A mostrarme… pero, ¿si no me muestro como me conocen? Debo creer en mí y hacerlo mejor.
Asumir riesgos y salir de la zona de confort, por eso hay que atreverse “el que no arriesga ni gana ni pierde” con dice el popular dicho.
También puede aparecer el miedo a la competencia ¿qué tan buena soy? ¿Ellos son mejores que yo? ¿Están mejor preparados? Y nos atrapa el síndrome del impostor, lo bueno es que podemos saber de ellos y aprender de como lo hacen.
Miedo a pedir ayuda es otro que puede aparecer y por orgullo, pena o ego, no preguntamos para saber con quién podemos contar.
Entonces:
¿Cuándo es el mejor momento para emprender?
Es Hoy
Y ¿porque? Y ¿por qué no?
Siempre van a haber retos, nada es perfecto y si esperamos lo perfecto no avanzamos, podemos convertir las dudas y los miedos en los desafíos y tenemos la posibilidad de poner de manifiesto nuestras cualidades emprendedoras, para lograr nuestros objetivos.
Si tienes ya un emprendimiento, date tu tiempo y reflexiona, si aún no has comenzado, también hazte estas preguntas y acciona.

That is what Learning to be an Entrepreneur is all about, to walk and that in that journey we can stop and observe what is happening, apply the "Turtle Technique" I stop, evaluate and continue step by step.
When we are at the bottom of that roller coaster called entrepreneurship and doubts arise, we can stop and ask ourselves sincerely, Am I an Entrepreneur? Do I have the qualities that an entrepreneur has? Do I really align myself with those qualities?
It is there when from these reflections we can realize the commitment that is required, passion is the engine and commitment is what keeps it alive.
That is why I did my self-evaluation to know how enterprising I am.

4.- I plan or am planned
5.- I manage in a timely manner
6.- I visualize opportunities
7.- I challenge myself constantly
8.- I learn from experiences whether they are good or not.
9.- I keep going even in the face of difficulties
10.- I manage uncertainty and risk
11.- I do not give up easily, I am creative
12.- I have personal leadership
13.- I desire to achieve my accomplishments with all my heart.
14.- I do not allow discouragement to invade me.
15.- I value opportunities more than I value the sure thing.
I invite you to ask yourself and if you have most of them like me! We are on the right track.
It is important to stop for a moment and see where we are and if what we are doing is what we really want, if it is worth putting the energy into what I am doing... because it may be a fashion, a trend, an opportunity and not a venture that has a purpose aligned with my personal purpose.
And as entrepreneurs we have to identify those fears that at some point may appear at any time in the life of the venture, at the beginning or in the course of time or circumstances.
It is valid to feel fear of uncertainty, in unstable economies is one of the most common fears.
Fear of failure, will I make it? Or am I doing something crazy? Statistics say that start-ups do not last more than 3 years.
To make mistakes, but we can turn them into experiences.
To show myself... but, if I don't show myself as I am known? I must believe in myself and do better.
To take risks and get out of the comfort zone, that is why we must dare "he who does not risk neither wins nor loses" as the popular saying goes.
The fear of competition can also appear: How good am I? Are they better than me? Are they better prepared? And we get caught by the impostor syndrome, the good thing is that we can know about them and learn from how they do it.
Fear of asking for help is another one that can appear and because of pride, shame or ego, we don't ask to know who we can count on.
So:
When is the best time to start a business?
It is today
And why? and why not?
There will always be challenges, nothing is perfect and if we wait for the perfect we will not move forward, we can turn doubts and fears into challenges and we have the possibility to show our entrepreneurial qualities, to achieve our goals.
If you already have a business, take your time and reflect, if you have not yet started, also ask yourself these questions and take action.
