Hello, everyone! I am Mari! 😄 How are you? I hope you are all doing well.
Today marks my first publication in the Cinnamon Cup Coffee Community. And I'm happy to share my coffee and tea with you all, despite the fact that I'm not a coffee drinker because it causes palpitations, so I chose tea instead, and that's what I'd like to share here. I hope everyone likes it.
It was early in the morning, and I felt quite bloated in my stomach, so I decided to go outside to where our tea plants were grown.
Do you know about the BLUE TERNATE plant? This plant is an Herbal tea.
Oh, by the way, my in-laws are the ones who planted this beautiful tea that is so good for our health. And happy because we have this and we can get more tea for free instead of buying it at the grocery store, where teas are costly.
Do you have this type of flower tea at your place? Please tell me how you prepare it to drink or anything. I am sure not everyone is aware of the benefits of this plant.
For the making of the tea drink, I pick one by one of the fresh flowers, around 5 pieces in total, while taking images to showcase its lovely and exquisite flower tea. I returned inside the house and washed them one by one.
Next, I pluck each petal to ensure that nothing within the flower mixes with the water, as we only need the petals.
After I had pulled everything off, I rinsed it again with running water and placed it in the cup. I added heated water and waited about a minute to ensure that the water was not too hot and to allow the petals to mix with the water.
I then sip the water gently when I feel it is not too hot so that the heat will seep into my uncomfortable stomach and help me to feel relaxed.
The taste is the same as water. It's not bitter or anything, just a simple taste. And I noticed that the petals turned transparent and that the water had fully absorbed their color.
Thus, it ended up here. I sincerely hope you enjoyed reading it. I really appreciate you stopping by. 😍😘
