A perfect day to try Normandía station [ENG-SPA]

Hello world travelers, people who enjoy knowing every corner of every city, today I have the opportunity to bring you this corner that seems to me that it is very likely that if you visit the city of Bogota you pass through this place, because it is in the life to the airport or vice versa when you go to the airport this is the direct avenue that you have to go there, I present the area of Normandía, physically has the construction of a Transmilenio station, with a pedestrian bridge that connects you from one neighborhood to another.

This is a pretty nice neighborhood that has residential buildings, small shopping centers, in fact there are many houses, which I find beautiful, because mostly you see buildings maybe not so high, but it is more common for people to live in buildings than in houses that are less, being a place a little wooded and natural, has a much nicer aesthetic and that is perfectly noticeable from the pedestrian bridge.

While there is a Transmilenio station that divides one side from the other, exactly in the middle of the lanes, is the Normandía station, who located on Avenida 26 of the city, can make connections between the center of the city and the west of the same, which is precisely where the international airport El Dorado is located, this means that if you are a tourist you can opt for cheaper options in mobilization this could be your option by taking a feeder, which basically leaves you in the portal El Dorado, a mother station that makes transfers starting from the west, for the mobilization in Transmilenio you will need a card that is on sale in all the portals and stations of this, the price of the card is about USD 1.2$, about 5000 thousand Colombian pesos, and a ticket is about 3200 or 3500 Colombian pesos, about USD 0.8$.

Towards the south of Normandy is a commercial business center, with some stores of interest in common, once you have crossed the big walkway you start to enter a residential area with houses, many schools for children and puppies, many veterinary clinics, but it is important to clarify that it is not a very touristy area, generally people here are residents or work very close, there is no popular recreational space but you can find some parks nearby, this is something I really like about the city and that is that there are many green areas.

There are programs in the city that you can take advantage of in this area, and diversify your activity in the city, I went to this area because there happened to be an activity near there that interested me a lot, and I found it very cool to be around there, here I shared some information about my experience and what to expect from this place, of course there is much more, so we have more to explore in this beautiful city.

Hola viajeros del mundo, personas que disfrutan conocer cada rincón de cada ciudad, hoy tengo la oportunidad de traerles este rincón que me parece que es muy probable de que si visitas la ciudad de Bogota pases por este lugar, porque preciso esta en la vida hacia el aeropuerto o viceversa cuando vas al aeropuerto esta es la avenida directa que tienes que transitar hasta allá, les presento la zona de Normandía, físicamente tiene la construcción de a estación de Transmilenio, contando con un puente peatonal que te conecta de un barrio a otro.

Este es un barrio bastante bonito que tiene edificios residenciales, centros comerciales pequeños, de hecho hay muchas casas, que me parecen hermosas, porque mayormente se ven edificios quizás no tan altos, pero es mas común que la gente viva ene edificios que en casas que son menos, siendo un lugar un poco boscoso y natural, tiene una estética mucho mas bonita y que se nota perfectamente desde el puente peatonal.

Si bien hay una estación de Transmilenio que divide un lado de otro, exactamente en el medio de los carriles, esta la estación de Normandía, quien ubicada en la avenida 26 de la ciudad, puede hacer conexiones entre el centro de la ciudad y el occidente de la misma, que es preciso donde se ubica el aeropuerto internacional El Dorado, esto quiere decir, que si eres turista puedes optar por opciones mas económicas en movilización esta podría ser tu opción tomando un alimentador, que básicamente te deja en el portal El Dorado, una estación madre que hace transbordos empezando desde el occidente, para la movilización en Transmilenio vas a necesitar una tarjeta que esta en venta en todos los portales y estaciones de esta, el precio de la tarjeta es alrededor de USD 1,2$, unos 5000 mil pesos Colombianos, y un pasaje esta alrededor de 3200 o 3500 pesos Colombianos, unos USD 0,8$.

Hacia el sur de Normandía esta un centro comercial empresarial, con algunos comercios de interés en común, una vez has cruzado por la gran pasarela empiezas a adentrarte hacia una zona residencial con casas, muchas escuelas de niños y tambien de perritos, muchos centros clínicos veterinarios, pero es importante aclarar que no es una zona muy turística, generalmente las personas aca son residentes o trabajan muy cerca, no hay un espacio recreativo tan popular pero si puedes encontrar algunos parques en las cercanías, esto es algo que me gusta mucho de la ciudad y es que hay muchas areas verdes.

Hay programaciones en la ciudad que puedes aprovechar en esta zona, y diversificar tu actividad en la ciudad, yo fui a esta zona porque casualmente había una actividad cerca de ahi que me intereso mucho, y me pareció muy chévere estar por ahi, aquí te compartí algunos datos sobre mi experiencia y sobre que esperar de este lugar, claro que hay mucho mas, así que tenemos mas que explorar en esta linda ciudad.
