It rained and I could hear loud thunder but it still felt warm after. Strange. I had hoped for a cooler day. I didn’t like the heat when I am home but the coolness didn’t really come. Do I prefer warm or cold? When I am feeling warm, I prefer cold but when I am cold, I prefer warm. It is hard to please a human mind. The wants is always the opposite. The most unfun thing about rain is when it rains with the sun shining. After the rain, it does not feel cooler but feels hotter than before. Today was a day of such rain. Some chores were not completed yesterday and was brought forward to today. The time was just enough to get it all done. Scrubbing, spraying and wiping was what they needed. Sometimes, I do wonder what is my purpose in life. The thought appears whenever I feel slightly down from experience of the past, a reflection of now.
