Hola amigos, yo realmente tenía muchísimo tiempo sin publicar algo en esta comunidad, pero creo que llegó el momento indicado luego de releer por creo que una quinta vez, toda la saga de Las Crónicas de Narnia. Iniciaremos por el principio (a diferencia de las películas) así que permítanme reseñar para ustedes el primer libro de la saga: El sobrino del Mago, el cual es la apertura perfecta para la historia.

(Cover designed by me in canva editor)Portada diseñada por mi en el editor de CanvaTenía de verdad muchísimo tiempo que yo no veía estas fotos, son de hace algunos años, cuando fuimos de visita al pueblo de mi papá y donde vive buena parte de mi familia materna y paterna, incluso yo viví allí hasta los ocho años, y la verdad es que yo tenía al rededor de un par de años que no iba allí, pero en una ocasión en que pudimos hacerlo mi familia y yo nos alistamos y salimos rumbo hacia allá para visitar a la abuela y a otros familiares, teníamos muchas ganas de verlos.

A few months ago we had gathered in the same place but for very different reasons, the death of my aunt's husband, whom we all loved very much, he was one of those noble souls whose memory is indelible because it is engraved in the memories and hearts of all those who had the joy of knowing him, it was a painful moment, but as we well know, we must move forward, so this time we gathered as a family to celebrate life, to thank for the gifts received and blessing of being able to count on each other.

I am referring to the water blessing ceremony. For those of you who don't know or are not familiar with the Christian world, this is a religious tradition of Holy Week, and usually takes place on Easter Saturday, but for some reason, in the church I attend they do it from time to time on Easter Sundays. That day I didn't go to the morning mass because I got up very late, so I decided to go to the five o'clock mass, even though it was raining, but I didn't want to miss the mass and much less the ceremony of the blessing of the water, so I took my umbrella and went to the church.
