No voy a hablarles de cualquier gaviota, ni de Juan Salvador, sino de una muy especial, de ti. De tus sueños y anhelos más íntimos como ser humano. Esos que están ahí muy dentro, escondidos y ni siquiera tú llegas a verlos. ¿Por qué no lo sé, pero quizás puede ser la falta de amor y comprensión por ti mismo? Dentro de ti, sé qué eres capaz de lograr grandes cosas, si hubieses decidido volar. Pero sé que te quedaste en tu zona de confort, disfrutando de un hogar, una casa y éxito profesional.
No te atreviste a ser libre y feliz, como sucede a muchas gaviotas. Al igual que a ti, sé que hay miles y millones, en este planeta, que sienten lo mismo, y nunca se han atrevido a preguntarse:
¿Por qué no alce el vuelo?
No es que no seas feliz, es controversia, pero así es. Muy dentro de sí, desean volar, pero sus alas hace tiempo se las cortaron y no les volvieron a crecer. Aquí y ahora, se ven en el espejo, y quizás sientan que no están en el lugar indicado. Se ahogan y tienen una espina clavada en el corazón. Desean elevarse, ser libres y escapar. Iniciar una nueva vida y renacer, pero, los miedos, pesan mucho. Y las jaulas que crearon a su alrededor también se los imposibilitan.
Hay personas, que necesitan un empujón para dar el primer paso o emprender el vuelo. En el mundo, hay miles o millones de María y Juan, como mi amigo Juan Salvador Gaviota. Algunos, quizás nunca, tengan la curiosidad de mirarse a un espejo, ver muy dentro de sí y descubrir a ese ser que pudieron un día ser. Ni cuestionarse por qué no tuvieron el valor de enfrentar todo para crear la vida que se desea.
Su historia es un llamado al despertar, a renovarse, renacer y a la superación. Ya que mientras haya vida, se puede cambiar el rumbo.
Alza el vuelo y renace…

I am not going to tell you about just any seagull, nor about Juan Salvador, but about a very special one, about you. About your most intimate dreams and desires as a human being. I don't know why, but maybe it is the lack of love and understanding for yourself? Inside you, I know that you are capable of achieving great things, if you had decided to fly. But I know that you stayed in your comfort zone, enjoying a home, a house and professional success.
You did not dare to be free and happy, as happens to many seagulls. Like you, I know that there are thousands and millions, on this planet, who feel the same way, and have never dared to ask themselves:
Why don't I take flight?
It's not that you're not happy, it's controversial, but that's the way it is. Deep inside you, you want to fly, but your wings were clipped long ago and have not grown back. Here and now, you look in the mirror, and perhaps you feel that you are not in the right place. They are drowning and have a thorn in their hearts. They wish to rise, to be free and escape. To start a new life and be reborn, but fears weigh heavily. And the cages they have created around them also make it impossible for them.
There are people who need a push to take the first step or take flight. In the world, there are thousands or millions of María and Juan, like my friend Juan Salvador Gaviota. Some, perhaps never, have the curiosity to look into a mirror, to look deep inside themselves and discover the being they could have been one day. Nor question why they did not have the courage to face everything to create the life they desire.
Their story is a call to awaken, to renew, to be reborn and to overcome. For as long as there is life, you can change your course.
Take flight and be reborn...
Si Juan Salvador Gaviota, pudo cambiar y demostrar que la sociedad creaba mitos, paradigmas, que no son ciertos. Si una gaviota pudo alzar el vuelo y ser lo que ella quería. Si una gaviota se arriesgó, me pregunto:
¿Por algunas personas no se atreven?
El ser humano vive en una sociedad, de miedos, de terror, a quedarnos solos. Si no suena el celular o no contestan un mensaje, lo convierten en una pesadilla. Dan importancia a cosas que no valen la pena. Para mí, más pierde el que no te responde; esa persona que no te ama y no tiene un segundo para ti, el amigo que no te acompaña. Si se alejaron, olvídalos y sácalos de tu vida, no pidas migajas cuando mereces todo. Recuerdo una frase del poema “Desiderata”, de Max Ehrmann:
“¡Sé tú mismo!, especialmente no finjas afectos…”
No finjas lo que no eres y deja los apegos, ya que tarde o temprano, esto te pasará factura. Rencuéntrate contigo mismo y busca tu libertad. Rompe la jaula, atrévete y emprende el vuelo. Sé libre… Sé feliz… Abre tus alas y vuela. Renace, sigue adelante y recibe todo lo que el universo te ofrece. No importa si te llamas Juan, María, o si hay miles o millones como tú, solo se libre y haz la diferencia.
Me gusta leer libros de motivación y superación, de personas que decidieron buscar su destino, el amor, y ser libres. Todo lo es un aprendizaje. Creo que si alcanzamos nuestros sueños, seremos mejores personas y capaces de dar lo mejor por este mundo y la sociedad. Un lugar acogedor donde predomine el respeto, la aceptación y la paz.

I believe that if we achieve our dreams, we will be better people and able to give the best for this world and society. A welcoming place where respect, acceptance and peace prevail.
