
It's summer already and the weather is very hot here so I thought of making a thirst quencher.
Its ingredients are very simple because the only ingredients I used were those available at home. And since coconut is my main ingredient, before I start my recipe, I first asked papa if there was still a young coconut available from a tree that we have in the back. Luckily, papa said there were 4 left since the last time we picked them to eat.

After I confirmed that we have coconut to use, I cooked the gelatin right after. I used this Zang gelatin that was stocked in the house for a while but don't worry about it I checked the expiry date. Supposedly it should be 8 cups but I only cooked it in four cups of water because I wanted it to be firmer and I also didn't want too much gelatin for my recipe. I cooked the gelatin by dissolving the powder with four cups of water and adding one cup of brown sugar since I do not have the white one. I only simmer it and after that, I transferred them to a container to cool down.

While I was cooling the gelatin, I went to the coconuts that papa plucked from the tree. I started by opening each one to separate the water before I could scrape the meat.

Here it is and I set it aside in the fridge first because I still need to open the condensed milk and also to harden the gelatin even more. Unfortunately our refrigerator is only filled with that, it's because the budget is too tight that we haven't been able to do grocery shopping, we usually just put water in there and we also have some frozen products for breakfast.

This is it and I will start the procedure. The only ingredients I will use here are coconut water and its young meat, I will also use a can of condensed milk and the gelatin that I hardened and sliced āāinto cubes.

This time we just had to mix the ingredients. I didn't use all coconut water because I depended on the sweetness of the mixture but I assure you that the water was not wasted because I put it in the fridge because it tastes better when it's cold another thing is that this water is very beneficial, especially it's summer and its super hot.

This is all that was done with the ingredients I used. I place it in a container and put it in the freezer first to chill before consuming it.

And this is the final product. It's really simple because I can add other ingredients to it, but it's already delicious this way and it helps a lot to reduce the heat of the weather.
