Good afternoon vegan family and friends, how everyone doing as well, am here to share a simple but delicious recipes l made for lunch.
And what l usually desire in food not just the delicious taste that gives us satisfaction but knowing that l can prepare something good in my kitchen and as vegetable lover, l want make something to nutritious for my family.
I have half tube of yam, few pieces of cocoyam and two type of vegetables in my compound and decided to make taste and simple but delicious recipes.
ingredients
- Three pieces of cocoyam
- Half tube of yam
- Two hand full of scent leave
- Two hand full of local black green
- Salt to taste
- Red oil
- One bulb of onion
- Half tea spoon of pepper
procedure
Peel both yam and cocoyam
Wash, Pick and slice vegetables
Slice onion

Pound both onions and grounded pepper together

Put grounded pepper and onion in the pot

Add salt and black pepper

Cook for 20 minutes to add red oil

Cook for additional 10 minutes to add vegetables first scents leave

Few seconds add black green vegetables

I and everyone at home eat and were satisfied it tastes and delicious because the vegetables add these aroma that make for all to ask for more that no left over please try yourself.
