Breakfast tips!

Breakfast these days! I always start my day with hot lemon water, coffee and an egg, and then some more :) These days I need some more energy and I have found a delicious smoothie that I use alone or adding cereals, chia, nuts and berries, like this on the picture :)

For the smoothie I use:

1 avocado
1 banana
a cuple of spoons with greek yoghurt
some soya chocolate milk

and then add whatever you like for breakfast on top of it
