Hello everyone. 3 weeks ago I plant water convolvulus and chinese flowering cabbage in the area of the house. Now the water convolvulus that I grow can be harvested for cooking. But the chinese flowering cabbage that I planted was eaten by snails and worms. So my wife pick water convolvulus to stir-fry water convolvulus with oyster sauce. In addition, my wife pick the chaya to stir-fry with water convolvulus and oyster sauce too. This is our family's first menu stir-fried water convolvulus with chaya and oyster sauce.

- chaya
- oyster sauce
How to cook stir-fried water convolvulus with chaya and oyster sauce.
Put water convolvulus in a pan and stir-fried with hot vegetable oil. Then add water and season with oyster sauce. Stir-fried until water convolvulus is cooked, turn off the gas stove.
Done stir-fried water convolvulus with chaya and oyster sauce.
The second menu for the family that my wife cooked, Stir-fried ginger with chicken offal. She pick ginger in the back of the house first.
Ingredients for stir-fried ginger with chicken offal.
- chicken offal
- ginger
- shallots
- spur chilli
- oyster mushroom
- garlic
- vegetable oil
How to cook stir-fried ginger with chicken offal.
Step 1 stir-fried vegetable oil and garlic in a pan until hot. Then put the chicken offal in the pan and stir-fried until the chicken offal are cooked.
Step 2 Put ginger, shallots and spur chilli in a pan, stir-fry with chicken giblets.
Step 3 Put oyster mushroom in a pan and stir-fry with all ingredients until cooked. Turn off gas stove.
Done, stir-fried ginger with chicken offal.
