In this post my wife cooks easy food. This dish is spicy stir-fried fried fish with curry paste. I take everyone to the home garden first. There are a few types of vegetables in the home garden that can be picked to be an ingredient for make this dish. My wife only picked basil and kaffir lime leaves. And the other vegetables that were the ingredients for this dish, She bought them from a mobile grocery truck that came to sell groceries in the village. We don't have these vegetables in our home garden right now.

It is a tourist attraction, viewpoint and camping. Every year there are many tourists and locals camping here. Especially during the winter. This mountain area is approximately 1780 meters above sea level. And it is in the area of Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park. My wife and I planned to take our granddaughter to see the sea of fog and the sun. After we sent our autistic son to school. It is about 25 kilometers from our house. But we got here late. But we changed plans and we got here late. Even though it was close to our house, there were many tourists and traffic jams. Mountain areas, viewpoint and camping are pine forests. There are many pine trees here. Even though we changed our plans and didn't see the sea of fog or sunrise here. But it's worth with this trip to get here. We got to see the atmosphere and nature on the mountain. It has a good atmosphere and beautiful nature. Unfortunately, we were unable to walk to the viewpoint which is another highlight of this place. Because there are many tourists and camps. We had limited time and got here late.

And today in Thailand is Saturday of the 2nd week, so it is National Children's Day. National Children's Day events are held in many places in the country. In my district as well, there are National Children's Day events in many places. This year I took my granddaughter to attend the National Children's Day event at Mae Kha Subdistrict Municipality. And my granddaughter went to participate in many activities on National Children's Day today. My granddaughter had a performance on stage by dancing with her friends. And there were many other children's shows on stage on National Children's Day this year as well. Most of which are shows by children in Kindergarten 1 - 3. The atmosphere at the event was full of smiles, laughter and happy among the children.

This vegetable is Ceylon Spinach or Basella alba. About 8 years ago, at that time the longan trees in the longan orchard were not yet tall and large. My wife and I grow this vegetable in our longan orchard. And it can be food for our family many years. Even though the longan trees are now much taller and larger. Make the number of Ceylon Spinach less now. But it is also a vegetable that my wife likes to harvest for cooking. Ceylon Spinach is a vegetable that we do not take care it. Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In my post, I will take everyone to see the atmosphere and scenery of a rural village in my district again. It is another community of the TaiYai ethnic group in the northern of the Thailand. This village is called Pang Kwai Village. Pang Kwai Village is in Mae Ngon Subdistrict, before reaching the Chinese village community that my wife and I took everyone to see 3 days ago. The community in this rural village is mostly single-story houses. There are houses made of wood and houses made of brick and plastered with cement. Additionally, there are a market, the shops, a health centers and a school in this community. It is therefore another TaiYai people community that is livable and quiet.
