Hello everyone, I hope you are great, in this new publication I will talk about my topic titled; jogging in the afternoon, well jogging in the afternoon is beneficial for health although it was practically a sunset since I leave at 6 pm from work and even so there are people exercising, some go a little earlier to return at the time that I just go but the place is never alone, I decided to take my water and is a somewhat extensive land approximately I give 5 laps and it is enough per day, I was about to decide to go since I was training at home but a neighbor came with the idea and encouraged me even more so it is good to go talking while jogging or take some headphones to listen to music, the sunsets in my city are incredible and lately do not cease to amaze, I could see gentlemen with an active spirit to walk many young people likewise and well the good time to burn those calories is in the mornings I have always seen it as a good option, and you dear reader do you like to go jogging if you want to give me your opinion.

Hola a todos, espero estén genial, en esta nueva publicación les hablare de mi tema titulado; trotando por la tarde, bueno trotar en las tardes es beneficioso para la salud aunque ya prácticamente era un atardecer ya que salgo a las 6 de la tarde del trabajo y aun así hay personas ejercitándose, algunos van un poco mas temprano para regresarse a la hora que yo apenas voy pero nunca esta solo el lugar, me dispuse a llevar mi agua y es un terreno algo extenso aproximadamente le doy 5 vueltas y es suficiente por día, yo estaba por decidirme a ir ya que estaba entrenando en casa pero una vecina llego con la idea y me anime aun mas así que es bueno ir hablando mientras se trota o llevarse unos auriculares para escuchar música, los atardeceres de mi ciudad son increíbles y últimamente no dejan de sorprender, pude observar señores con un espíritu activo para caminar muchas personas jóvenes de igual manera y bueno la hora buena para quemar esas calorías es en las mañanas siempre lo he visto como una buena opción, y tu querido lector te gusta salir a trotar si deseas dame tu opinión.
