Hello everyone,
I would like to share two small galleries, which are in the midst of local. This building has two galleries. It is located in the heart of old town in Bangkok. When I arrived there, I was really surprised about their location. Walking through the back of the other shop or the clothes hanging the clothes on the clothesline, it makes walking into the gallery more excited!
The first floor is 1Projects. Now there is an exhibition of Thai Photographer “Naraphat Sakarthornsap”

"THE DEAD ON DUTY?"
30 June - 19 August 2018
In this exhibition, Naraphat Sakarthornsap still focuses on revealing the discrimination and inequality amongst human beings, but in the different setting of military compounds, where this issue sometimes results in casualties. The artist researched and explored these incidents through news footage from newspapers and other media. He then created a photographic set of floral arrangements designed to resemble real funeral decorations. He hopes to preserve the memory of those who have lost their lives and to make sure that their death won't be lost and forgotten.
The second floor is The Most House

The events of both galleries are part of PHOTO BANGKOK 2018.

วันนี้เป็นเรื่องแกลเลอรี่ต่อภาคสองค่ะ ที่นี่เป็น 2 แกลเลอรีที่อยู่ในตึกเดียวกัน ซึ่งอยู่ในท่ามกลางวิถีชีวิตคนปกติได้อย่างกลมกลืน และกลายเป็นจุดเด่นของแกลเลอรี่ไปในตัว เพราะอาคารนี้ตั้งอยู่ย่านเจิรญกรุง ซึ่งจะอยู่ในซอยเล็ก ๆ ด้านหลังตึกแถว เมื่อฉันไปถึงที่นั่น ฉันรู้สึกประหลาดใจเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งของแกลเลอรี่ การเดินผ่านด้านหลังร้านค้าร้านอื่น หรือราวตากผ้าที่กำลังมีผ้าตากผ้าอยู่นั้น ทำให้การเดินเข้าแกลเลอรี่ยิ่งสนุกและตื่นเต้นขึ้นไปอีกขั้น
ชั้นล่าง เป็นแกลเลอรี่ ชื่อ 1Projects
ซึ่งตอนนี้แสดงงานของ นรภัทร ศักดิ์อาธรทรัพย์
สำหรับ "ผู้ตายในหน้าที่?"
ในงานนิทรรศการนี้ นรภัทร ศักดิ์อาธรทรัพย์ให้ความสำคัญกับการเปิดเผยความแตกต่างและความไม่เสมอภาคในหมู่มนุษย์ กระบวนการทำงานครั้งนี้ เขาได้สืบค้นภาพข่าวการตายของคนกลุ่มหนึ่ง จากหนังสือพิมพ์และสื่อต่างๆ และการจัดดอกไม้เลียนแบบรูปหน้างานศพในลักษณะที่ใกล้เคียงกับเหตุการณ์จริงมากที่สุด เพียงเพื่อไม่ให้การตายของพวกเขาเหล่านั้นถูกลืมและสูญหายไปตามกาลเวลา
และชั้น 2 ชื่อ The Most House
ชื่องาน FRAMRED
เป็นงานแสดงของ Alessio Cocchi ซึ่งเป็นช่างภาพแฟชั่นและผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์ ผู้ซึ่งอาศัยอยู่ทั้งเมืองมิลานและเมืองไทย เขาเริ่มต้นทำงานที่เมืองฟลอเรนซ์ และจากนั้นไปที่เมืองมิลาน ซึ่งที่เมืองมิลานนี้เองที่ Alessio ได้ถ่ายภาพให้กับแบรนด์แฟชั่นที่ดัง ๆ อย่างเช่น Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Tom Ford, Moncler และ Gucci
ทั้งสองงานนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน PHOTO BANGKOK 2018
