Life does tend to make some turns every now and then. At some point it is time to spend the days a bit different, thinking a bit on what is exactly sustainble for me and my life and how you want to be spending your days.
Now I have been working in surgery like forever and although I really still love the job and will continue working in it, it is also time for a little bit of something else. Why you ask? Because although fixing people is awesome I literally think the job is too heavy to actually make in until retirement time age. Hence the love for crypto with potential future options

Yeah, it aint the the most sexy thing to talk about, but when you stand still in one spot the whole day that isn't that good for the bloodflow back to your heart. So yes, in surgery literally everyone wears support stockings so why as well not wear some fun ones. I think that does make it a cool thing then again, everyone is wearing these coloured socks. But on the other hand, we all wear them to make sure our legs don't fall apart, so is this really such a good thing??
Office space
I remember myself saying stuff in the past like 'please shoot me if I would have to go more into an office' and now all of a sudden...Heck I'm there....And actually I'm fine with it!
But also with the office there are are physical things to think about, and a couple of them I am already noticing. RSI is real and it needs some preventive love to not go to there.
So I have gotten me one of these vertical mouse thingies which I also hope that people would stop using my office spot (damn you flex spots, also this is new to me!)

And now I am wondering...why are people still using these old fashioned mouses even? Because lets face it....The hand is not made to be held flat all day, it does something in your anatomical position.. Hmmm...here is the nurse again I hear. So why not everyone uses these vertical mouses is a mystery to me actually
One of the things I am still not used to at all is the idea of working from home every now and then and defining my own hours (partially that is, I still need to be there when others are there as well since my new job has some social elements in there)
But why can't I get rid of the idea that I am playing hookie when I'm not there, even though I produce a lot more when I am not around. It still feels weird, but I am super happy with this partial change.
So yeah, am I the one behind a desk now that I always used to complain about? I guess I am....people to change!
