Good morning,
How many of us are drinking coffee at the first hour of waking up? Have you ever wondered if you drink it at the right time?
There are studies demonstrating that coffee does not need to be drunk right in the early hours, but it is advisable to drink it between 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00, for caffeine to take effect. There are two reasons why it is not advisable to drink too much coffee.

  1. When you drink caffeine of coffee, caffeine interferes with cortisol production and your body produces a lower amount of hormone but charges more caffeine.
  2. If you drink coffee at times when cortisone is high you can become tolerant to coffee and caffeine will not have the same yield that you were used to at first.

That's why most coffee drinkers say coffee does not have the same effect on them. In fact, coffee replaces the surplus energy we usually have with cortisone rather than help it.

What is your favorite coffee?
I prefer macchiato and cappuccino.
