This is my first time participating in an activity with this group, and I wanted to share with you all an electric guitar improvisation of a style of music I really like: blues rock. Since I was little, I've always been interested in blues and rock music. When I got my first electric guitar, I started learning blues phrases and exercises and combining them with rock. My favorite guitarists in this style are Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Joe Bonamassa, Jeff Beck, Steve Ray Vaughan, and many others.Blues isn't as popular today as it was in the 1960s and 1970s, but there are still great guitarists and artists who have somehow modernized the blues sound to make it accessible to new generations.

The cover I made below is of a song composed by the French disc jockey duo Daft Punk. This song has a quite funk rhythm on the electric guitar and also on the bass. This song was released worldwide in April 2013 as the first single from the album Random Access Memories. The song features guests Pharrell Williams on vocals and Neil Rodgers on electric guitar. At first a lot of people thought the song was just about a sexual conquest, but it was more about being lucky enough to find potential chemistry with someone.
