I have heard the saying many times that "age is just a number," as many people have used the phrase to console some inadequacies. Age is, however, a beautified mystery where the life of nature revolves to bring a balance to itself; thus, if my age were to reverse, as good as it sounds, I may not want that. Kindly dive into my thoughts, as I would be glad to have yours in this regard.
This implied that a new king will come only when the former has gone, and this is mostly as a result of death after aging, for every life must taste death. He was told the benefit of his becoming king was only the result of the death of the former. This implied that a new king will come only when the former has gone, and this is mostly as a result of death after aging, for every life must taste death. It is therefore the cycle of life that age advances to bring balance and fairness to humanity.
Reversing to a younger age has a whole lot of benefits, such as:
Less concern about adulthood.
More attention to one's wellbeing by others, as children are considered dependents and require as much guidance as may be available.
Less likely health challenges as compared to those seen in adults.
More sleep, which is a relaxation of the brain from the stress adults are exposed to.
More play with one's age groups, as the stress of adulthood has given little or no chance for adults to engage in playful activities.
Interesting stages of life such as basic school and high school existed where fun-filled memories existed, and perhaps we could have the opportunity to retrace some steps.
Career reorientation could be considered, as many have had a wish to not have studied the career they are into currently.
In some decisions, such as marriage, words once uttered would be an opportunity to be reconsidered if age were to reverse.
The gift of man is to live daily, advance in life, and eventually be subjected to death. The maturity and exposure of man are a result of the advance in age, where knowledge becomes power and we are able to seek more ways to better society and life generally.
For me as a person, the concept of age reversal is fantastic; however, I would preferably stick with the cycle of life, where nature has blessed each life with the gift and mystery of aging. Man has made many efforts in science and technology, yet this is a difficult and impossible task for him.
Would you imagine some ancestors still reversing and holding on to life? Would we be given the opportunity to live and explore when the balance of life can be influenced?
I would choose not to reverse my age if I had the opportunity, though it sounds very enticing.
