Today I went to the park to train and I met again with my old friends, I haven't seen them for a long time and it was very nice to train with them, I hope I can continue to recover my resistance.
Hice par de 360 y hice una rutina de básicos corta, dominadas, dips en paralelas, intentos de parada de manos, y un trote para estirar los músculos y articulaciones.
I did a couple of 360's and did a short basic routine, pull-ups, parallel dips, handstand attempts, and a jog to stretch my muscles and joints.
