Most Surinamese people usually root for the Dutch or for our neighbours Brazil.

Photo of the day:GMI Burleson in the EC/Copa studio of Radio 10It's not every day you get to spontaneously play a Grandmaster. Today, I was listening to the Breakfast Show on Radio 10 while driving to work after dropping my kids of to school. The guest was Guno Burleson, a checkers (draughts) legend, who still is ranked as one of the 150 best players in the world by the World Draughts Federation with a 2240+ rating. Burleson is a multiple time Surinamese Champion and Pan American Champion, as well as a former World Youth Champion. And that's when host Sidney decided on a challenge his guest to a game of checkers.

Photo of the day:Seeing the sun set...One of the things that I love to do is experiment. And one of the things I like to experiment on is myself. Today I have accepted where my limit is currently at. The biggest win is that it doesn't come at as a steep cost that it would have come 5 years ago. The biggest loss is that it means going back to the drawing board.
