I have to say, I’m feeling pretty good about my property after two solid weeks of digging, raking, tidying, burning and — at last— planting.
You’d think I was getting ready to put my house on the market. Nope! Just doing all the work required to convert it from its very messy and dormant winter state to its vibrant spring state.
I actually planted flowers in my front gardens tonight until well after dark, thanks to good lighting on that side of the house.
These gardens look much better by day, of course, so I’ll share more pics in future posts. But I had to capture them at that moment when I realized that everything was in the ground and I could finally put my tools away and wash the grit from under my fingernails!
Thanks for visiting!
