My history with coffee has had its ups and downs. As a child I always remember that there was a routine that would be fulfilled one day after another: I would get up, ask my mom's blessing, go to the bathroom to wash my eyes, and then sit at the dining room table waiting for my mother to bring me a cup of sweet, intense, black coffee.

Hace algún tiempo comenté en una publicación sobre el caso de un joven emprendedor que había aprovechado un espacio público para iniciar un pequeño negocio.En aquel momento destacaba las cualidades de visionario de aquel joven. Había sido capaz de ver el lugar preciso, un sitio ubicado estratégicamente cerca de una parada de autobús, lo que le garantizaba un buen flujo de personas a toda hora.

I almost never fall asleep before midnight, it's a habit that stuck with me after retirement. As long as I was active at work I had to get up very early, so it was normal for me to be asleep before ten o'clock. But now I can get up at any time, almost always between nine and ten in the morning, so I have no problem going to bed between twelve and one am.
