Striking for our rights

Today, we have another national strike in Belgium.
This time, they won't be marching in the streets, but the strikers will simply be blocking the entrances to the various sites concerned.
This way, the impact will be more targeted, and they hope to retain better public support. I have to agree with them, even if I'd personally like to see a continuous “au finish” movement, at least for the next demonstration, if the government still refuses to listen to its people.
The first demonstration at the beginning of the month attracted over a hundred thousand citizens. We don't have the figures for this one yet, because it's still ongoing.
If the numbers remain high, I think we can expect a response from our politicians, as the initial reaction to the first strike was pathetic, with Bouchez going so far as to claim that only union workers participated...
We all have our eccentric politician, orange or not. Ours is Bouchez... With his share of nonsense, media failures and screwed-up proposals. Let's hope our citizens don't give him a “second mandate”...
Otherwise, we will continue to loose our hard earned rights ...

Special note: We're now using the 6 Jars method for our rewards ... As seen in our beneficiaries. I posted on my main account about it.
