I thought I was right,
Because those thoughts seemed right.
But NOW I can see it clearly,
I was wrong from the start.
I mistook hatred for what I thought was love,
Also War for the peace I thought I had.
When the sadness came to my mind,
I mistook it to be a joy,
because that is how it seemed to me.
