Another week has passed and I am happy that I am still managing to achieve my 10K daily steps goal! :)
Forming activity habits is easy to me. Eating habits are a bit harder :) I ate good food all week, but I slipped under my 9pm (for the last meal) goal a few times. This happens mostly when I am traveling somewhere. Need to plan a bit better.
For breakfast almost every morning I am eating oatmeal with honey and green tea :) This is a great combo for me, because I have a sweet teeth xD
For the last meal of the day almost every day I am having buckwheat with butter and salt. I also take 1 table spoon of fish oil during this meal. It sounds boring, but for me it is super yummy and I am really satiated after a full plate of this goodness :)
In the February awaits the most difficult challenge for me - to start forming my sleeping habits… I am terrible at that I always go to bed too late.
