A few weeks ago, I shared a recipe that looked similar, using chia seeds.In India, when the weather is very hot, we often don’t feel hungry. During those weeks, I mostly made more cold porridge using various ingredients, and having the coconuts from the garden, taking advantage of using enough fresh coconut milk. This time, I used tapioca pearls, which we call sabudana, along with tropical fruits like mango, banana, pomegranate, and grapes.Sabudana known as tapioca, is gluten-free and has more starch, and contains very limited nutrients. But it is filling food. In hot summer, when we don't feel hungry, it is good to use together with coconut milk and fruits.
