With the CCC's Street Art Contest #228, we're going to start taking a look at the works done during the last edition of the Canettes de Ruelle festival. This is the seventh year that artists have taken advantage of the alleys of Rosemont district in Montreal to transform them into an open-air museum every first weekend in September.

Here's my entry for BeerSaturday 930 with a beer from brasserie DunhamWila, a coffee-infused brown ale. Yesterday after work, I needed something to boost my energy before the evening. I let myself be tempted by this blend, I'm usually more traditional, beer speaking 😀.

It's been a long time since I wrote an article on stickers. As it's cold and I'm spending more time at home than out in Montreal's alleys, I'm taking the opportunity to sort my photos. But it's always hard to write a post with just one artist, so today I'm offering you a selection of Montreal artists on sticky papers 😀.

As the "Cold StreetArt season" is well underway in Montreal, it's the perfect time to show you all the walls done during the latest Canettes de Ruelle festival. This event has been taking place in the alleys of Montreal's Rosemont neighbourhood since 2017, transforming them into dynamic creative spaces. I don't know if these two garages are part of the festival but they're right at the entrance to the neighbourhood and they're beautiful, hard to walk past without noticing them.

Today, it's a wall I found this summer while cycling to work and changing my route slightly every day. This wall is very close to the Legal Wall de Rouen but I don't usually go via this street. It was a great discovery with these four letterings accompanied by two characters done by KwunPeaseJake and Blek
