As you know (if you're a regular reader), with the warmer weather in Montreal, I've been getting back on my bike to commute and (re)discover many of the alleys along the way. Today, it's a wall done by MonoSourcil, a regular in my StreetArt series. Her one-browed characters populate many walls in the city, and it's always a pleasure to discover one of her works, especially when it's several years old and in pretty good condition.

Every Monday, it's time for Weekly StreetArt, your weekly dose of Street Art. Since the start of spring in Montreal, every weekend it's been raining with grey skies. And on Mondays, when we're at work, blue skies and sunshine 😤. As Friday's Mural Festival kicks off, I'm hoping for good weather, better for artists and spectators alike.

For the CCC's Street Art Contest #251 organized by @digi-me, I'd like to share with you a very nice wall created by the crew aka Les Tontons Graffeurs. A couple of years ago, I knew where their favorite wall was, but now it's rarer for me to come across one of their works, which are always great. I was glad to come across it 😀.

Here's my entry for BeerSaturday 413 with a Polish beer, a lager from the Zywiec brewery. It's rare that I don't talk about locally brewed beer in Quebec. But this lager landed in my fridge after a meal with friends, and I wasn't about to leave it out in the cold. So I decided to drink it after a hard day's work... 😀

Sometimes it's strange how you can walk down a street for years without spotting it or paying any attention. But this time, on a rare beautiful day in this rainy spring in Montreal, I finally caught a glimpse of this wall. The paint is peeling with the many years that have passed since it was made, but the style of Jaker and Legal deserves these few photos that I'm sharing with you.

Today, I'd like to present a few stickers I've found on the streets of Montreal over the past year. I usually try to group them by artist, even if making true monographs remains a challenge. This time, I've been able to gather a few pieces done by two artists: Renzo Poze with his Darth Vader heads, and ANYO with his masked squirrel. It's always fascinating to see so much creativity concentrated on these little bits of sticky paper.
