Hello, a warm and cordial greeting to all the readers who read my post today. I hope you are all doing well, that you have a great day, and that you are motivated and hungry to improve every day in this beautiful discipline, such as calisthenics and street workouts. Without further ado, today I will show you the static exercises I performed with my teammates at the gymnastics gym this past Sunday, March 16th. I did some exercises, accompanied and with great motivation, and tried to give my best, regardless of how heavy I felt.
When I arrived at the gym, I did some handstands as usual to warm up and attempted a straddle planche on some metal bars there. So I got ready, and when I threw it, I tried to make it as straight as possible, and although I was short, I managed to hold it for 3 seconds. After the freestyle session, I went and tried a front lever, and although my hip still feels weak, these are things I'm gradually correcting. Afterwards, I tried a press, but I was already too tired, so I didn't have enough strength and it ended up being a dumbbell press, but at least I was able to get it up properly. After finishing, when everyone was tired, we went to a parallel bar and took an amazing photo of ourselves all on the front lever. Well, guys. Thanks for your attention. I hope you enjoyed my post. Greetings to Hive and the #swc community. See you in the next post. Take care.
