It was a sunny day, we arrived at eastern obolo a community in the eastern past of Nigeria, this was going to be my first time travelling by water, I was so eager to start the journey.Well there was only one boat left and we had to wait for the sailor to finish his meal before we can get on the boat, after the man had finished he gave us seven life jackets as we were seven in number

It was a sunny day, we arrived at eastern obolo a community in the eastern past of Nigeria, this was going to be my first time travelling by water, I was so eager to start the journey.Well there was only one boat left and we had to wait for the sailor to finish his meal before we can get on the boat, after the man had finished he gave us seven life jackets as we were seven in number

It was raining heavily around 7am in the morning, i could hear my alarm beeping but wasn't sure what it was till i opened my eyes, O my God I'm late!! How can I forget it was going to be my first day at work.    Immediately I rush straight to the shower, took a warm shower and got dressed without even taking breakfast, when i reach the junction i will get breakfast at the restaurant i said to myself in silence.    I stopped a cap driver and zoomed off, all i could think of was to get to my destination before 8 am, the drive was slow and boring i wasn't really concerned though, for about 30 minutes of drive i was still quite looking at the window then i discovered the streets wasn't familiar, i asked the cap driver " hello sir please where is this" the man smiled and said you haven't even told me where you are heading to, anywhere we are at the last bus stop leading to another community.    O God, how can i do this to myself  I had no option than to stop, breake another cap driver and head back home to continue with my sleep.
