En esta ocasión vengo a compartir con ustedes una nueva publicación en donde elaboraré con materiales sencillos una rosa con papel de construcción; esto está enfocado al 14 de febrero, mes en donde tanto el amor como la amistad se celebran a lo grande. Esta rosa viene bien para esta ocasión tan especial que nos brinda febrero; espero les guste su elaboración y cómo habrá quedado.
Hello Hive friends, I hope you're all doing well. This time, I'm sharing a new post with you where I'll be making a rose out of construction paper using simple materials. This is perfect for February 14th, a month where love and friendship are celebrated in a big way. This rose is ideal for this special occasion that February brings us; I hope you enjoy making it and how it turned out.
A continuación, les mostraré cómo realicé la rosa paso a paso, sin saltarme ningún detalle, y lo explicaré lo mejor posible para que ustedes también puedan hacerlo en sus casas con la mayor facilidad posible.
Below, I'll show you how I made the rose step by step, without skipping any details, and I'll explain it as clearly as possible so you can easily make it at home too.

Primero comencé con elegir una hoja roja y luego la recorté con una tijera para lograr conseguir la figura de un cuadrado de 10x10 cm para pasar luego al siguiente paso...
First, I started by choosing a red sheet of paper and then I cut it out with scissors to create a 10x10 cm square, before moving on to the next step...
Aquí lo que hice fue doblar la hoja al menos 3 veces para hacer 3 triángulos, cada uno más pequeño que el anterior (para eso serían los 3 dobleces).
What I did here was fold the sheet at least 3 times to make 3 triangles, each one smaller than the previous one (that's what the 3 folds are for).
Luego aquí trace una línea semicircular para trazar lo que cortaré. Luego de cortarlo, nos quedaría como resultado un cono de helado o similar; lo abrimos y veremos una hermosa flor, pero esto aún no ha terminado, falta mucho aún para ver nuestra rosa.
Luego hacemos otras 3 más, tomando en cuenta el mismo proceso para realizarlas y tener en total 4 flores.
Next, draw a semicircular line here to mark what I'll cut. After cutting it, we'll have something like an ice cream cone; we open it and see a beautiful flower, but it's not over yet, there's still a long way to go before we see our rose.
Then we make 3 more, taking into account the same process to make them and have a total of 4 flowers.
Lo siguiente fue cortar un pétalo de la primera flor, luego cortar 2 pétalos de la segunda flor, cortar 3 pétalos de la tercera flor y, por último, cortar 4 pétalos de la cuarta flor (esto ayudará a hacer el centro de la flor).
Next, cut one petal from the first flower, then cut two petals from the second flower, cut three petals from the third flower, and finally cut four petals from the fourth flower (this will help make the center of the flower).
Con ayuda de un palillo de altura o algo similar, agarraremos cada pétalo de las flores para luego enrollar solo un poco para lograr un pequeño doblez para que se vea más realista, más similar a una flor (no queremos que se vea plano).
Using a tall stick or something similar, we will grab each petal of the flowers and then roll it just a little to achieve a small fold so that it looks more realistic, more similar to a flower (we don't want it to look flat).
Luego buscaremos pega para usarla en un pétalo de algunas flores para juntar sus extremos separados para lograr que se parezca a una flor más realista y hermosa.
Next, we'll look for glue to use on a petal of some flowers to join their separated ends together to make it look more realistic and beautiful.
Aquí usaremos el palito de altura o algo similar para enrollar en su totalidad un pétalo para que quede como está en las imágenes.
Here we will use the height stick or something similar to fully roll up a petal so that it looks like it does in the images.
Luego, aquí, con ayuda de una tijera, cortaremos las puntas triangulares que sobren de los rollitos y el pétalo que está solo para facilitar la colocación a la hora de armarlo. Aquí muestro cómo quedó todo después de cortar y pegar los pétalos de las flores.
Next, here, using scissors, we'll cut off the excess triangular tips from the rolls and the single petal to make assembly easier. Here's how it all looked after cutting and gluing the flower petals.
Aquí casi casi culminamos, solo faltaría que, con la ayuda de la pega, peguemos todas las flores y lo que armamos uno por uno hasta completar la rosa.
We're almost finished here; we just need to glue all the flowers and everything we put together one by one until we complete the rose.
Y bueno, así quedó esta hermosa rosa que realicé con materiales muy sencillos; me gustó mucho cómo quedó, a pesar de que pensé que podría quedarme mal, pero resultó que me quedó muy bien.
