Para empezar el año con los ojos bien abiertos, el día de ayer, realice el reto de calistenia 2024 Flexiones, en conmemoración del año en curso, que espero vivir al máximo. Les confieso que mientras escribo esto, me duele hasta el alma, ya que me pasé todo el primero de enero sumando Flexiones. Registré todo en video, pero lo dejaré para otra publicación, ya que son tantos videos que no podré editarlos tan rápido y subirlo. Me llevará tiempo. Sin embargo, estoy tan emocionado de que capturé estas fotografías para mostrarles que sí lo hice. 🎉

To start the year with my eyes wide open, yesterday, I did the calisthenics challenge 2024 Push-ups, in commemoration of the current year, which I hope to live to the fullest. I confess that as I write this, my soul is aching, as I spent the whole first of January adding up the number of push-ups. I recorded it all on video, but I will leave it for another publication, as there are so many videos that I won't be able to edit them so quickly and upload them. It will take time. However, I'm so excited that I captured these pictures to show you that I did do it. 🎉
El reto lo propuso a mi amigo de Olympus calistenia (@luisarrazola) a quien agradezco desde aquí por colaborar en la destrucción de mi tejido muscular. Él realmente lo puso para el 31 de diciembre, pero mi mamá me dijo que hiciera una torta y una ensalada para la fiesta de fin de año. Así que amigo Luis, lo hice tarde, espero me disculpes. 🙏

The challenge was proposed to my friend from Olympus calisthenics (@luisarrazola) who I thank here for helping me to destroy my muscle tissue. He actually set it for December 31, but my mum told me to make a cake and a salad for the New Year's Eve party. So my friend Luis, I did it late, I hope you'll forgive me. 🙏
