Hi Steemians! Wait, how long since I wrote my blog? Yup, pretty sure had been an eternity but here I am again! I'm not giving up on this, not until I succeed like everyone else did. 😣
Anyways, this is another show of the process of my recent artwork. So let's start peeling the layers one by one!
First, sketch up!
I did this by using a reference I got from Instagram.
Then, make the outline! I didn't do the hair because I prefer to draw the hair by my own flow to make it more natural-looking once it's done.
Move on to base colour!
Shade! Try to be less pressured with how it's supposed to look, just brush here and there, you don't have to be so detailed about it. Trust me.
Let's move to the hue of the skin. Since it's during sunset, the skin will look orange-ish and since I'm doing her backing the sunlight, the skin looks darker.
Then, put some highlights, this is the part I love so much, highlights would make my artwork look realistic and alive.
Lastly, background. As usual, i didn't put much effort into it. Just enough to give the picture of the scenery at the back.
Tada! Done. Leave a comment and please vote! I would love it ;).
