Today I will share with you the state food Chitoi Pitha Recipe. I am inspiring to share this recipe by @alphasteem.

One of the most popular chitai cakes in our country. Now, I will share with you how to create it. Now winter is going on, and in the winter we like it more. It's very easy to make-

Whatever it takes:

  1. Rice powder - 250 g
  2. White salt - half tea spoon
  3. Hot water
  4. You can use eggs to increase the test.

Method:
First pour the rice powdered granule in a bowl, then salt and mix it well with hot water. After that Heat only one iron/soil vessel, then put the mixture by a medium size spoon. Then cover with the lid, break the egg after a minute and over it. It will be ready in 2 minutes. Then take the Test in the hot hot.
