My evening shift started at 5 p.m., and I already had two patients waiting for me. When I passed by one patient, I heard a wheeze coming from him. I called him without any further delay. It was a case of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Surprisingly, his vitals including oxygen saturation, BP, and pulse were all within normal limits. He was producing wheeze and chest auscultation revealed marked abnormalities. I managed him with nebulization and injections, followed by oral medicines and an inhaler.

There is no such "a blood test" that can find out all the cancers!!
