I walked for a little over half an hour.

We have an active Tribe called The BBH Project Tribe on HIVE. $BBHO is the token of this tribe. Bradly (@bradleyarrow) is the mastermind of this project. Like other power-up days (e.g. HPUD, LPUD, etc), Bradly settled on the 20th of every month for the BPUD! The minimum requirement is to power up at least 100 BBHO! It's also the alive and thriving report on Thursday, Dec 19, 2024.On the last workday of the week, I consulted 27 patients in my chamber. After evening there were very few patients. The cold wind could be the reason for the fewer patients. Hence, it wasn't a busy time in the second half of the duty.

On December 1st, a middle-aged man came to see me with rashes on the right side of his trunk, both front and back, presenting in a band-like fashion. Medically, this is referred to as "along the dermatome." Observing the lesions and the pattern of involvement, I immediately recognized the condition as shingles, also known as herpes zoster. This condition is caused by the same virus that leads to chickenpox—the varicella-zoster virus. After an individual has chickenpox, some of the virus can remain dormant in the spinal nerve roots. Later, when the virus reactivates, it produces localized skin lesions in the area supplied by the affected nerve, rather than the widespread lesions seen in chickenpox.

Walks between my home, office, and the mosques help greatly making 10k steps as well.

Usually, around evening time more patients visit together. But, today seemed more patient for me. I had hardly any free time during the shift. I went to the mosque for the evening prayer and the last prayer of the day keeping a few patients waiting in the queue. I consulted around 30 patients during the evening shift.
