As we are slowly approaching the mid point in 2023, all eyes are slowly turning to 2024, in which another milestone for us crypto enthusiasts will occur.
The site coinwarz.com predicts that the next Bitcoin halving event is going to happen in roughly 1 year time from today - or to be more precise, in 1 year, 2 days and 16 hours from now, on the 27th of April 2024, when the BTC halving reduces the BTC block reward from 6.25 BTC to 3.125 BTC.
This date is of huge significance to us because it can signal the starting of the bull market. The last halving was on the 11th of May 2020 and it also helped kick-start a huge upturn in the value of the BTC. Soon enough, the alt-season was kick-started as well.
Which is one more reason why we should use each and every dip that we get in price these days to enrich our portfolios!
Several analysts have predicted that by the end of 2024, the BTC price could reach around $100,000. Feasible? I sure think so!
